- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT shop at this location. One of the store managers, Nila, is very rude and disrespectful towards customers. I went in there to look at perfume for my wife and when they didn't have the one I wanted to get her for Christmas I went to another isle to look at other items in the store. I was then approached by the store manager, Nila, and she very rudely accused me of stealing. After making me empty my pockets to prove to her that I had not stolen anything she simply said, "Oh" and then walked away without even a simple apology. My wife had called in to find out the district managers name and Nila answered the phone. After finding out that she was my wife she hung up on and then continued hanging up on her every time she would call back. Do NOT shop at this store unless you want to be accused of stealing and be treated like crap. I have never seen such terrible customer service. I have been shopping at this rite aid for the last 3 years and this is not the way you treat a customer, especially a regular customer that PAYS for their stuff every time.June 08, 2017by cory hughes
