- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in to check my coverage at 10:30 on a Wednesday. I walk into the Regence office and nobody was even there; the front door was unlocked and it seemed like a normal business reception area, except for the fact that not a single person other than me was there. On a table there's just a phone that says dial 1 for assistance and dial 2 for security. I dialed 1 and talked to a receptionist whom transferred me to a salesman, Scott, after I explained my situation to her. Scott didn't pick up his phone and now he has a new voicemail telling him I can't wait to drop BCBS once my employer's coverage kicks in due to their sheer lack in customer service. I wish this was a joke, but Dunder Mifflin is a better ran business than this.July 26, 2017by Will Doyle
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place sucks. The sign up has been a nightmare. My employer uses Regence. I have been going back and forth trying to sign up for insurance! Nobody knows what the Hell they're doing.
