  I don't know what staff the other reviewers had because when I went into this facility it felt like NOBODY knew what they were doing. I went into FirstMed for a physical and a TB test. The first time I visited the receptionist told me that my insurance wouldn't cover a yearly physical without even looking at what insurance I had. I was a little confused about that because I know 100% that they have covered it in the past. The guy who actual administered my TB test was very nice. Morgan was the one who did my physical, he was nice not super friendly, a little awkward and he chomped on him gum the ENTIRE time, very loudly. It was totally unprofessional, plus it grossed me out. The second time I visited was to get my TB test read a couple days later. This time there was a different girl at the front who was really young and so friendly! However, she had no idea what she was doing. She tried asking the other people there working and nobody seemed to want to help her. The nurse just came to the front desk to read my TB test so it was fast but then I was asking her about insurance with the younger girl. She was not very nice at all and told me that most insurances would only cover a physical once a year.. it's March, I haven't had a physical this year, dumb dumb. We kept going back and forth and she finally said she would take my insurance card info. She literally wrote it on a piece of paper because they didn't know how to use a copier! I was then told that they would see what the office manager what do with it and that I should be getting a call from her in a few days or the Monday of the next week. I waited until Thursday, over a week later and I went into the facility again for the third time. This time when I walked in the receptionist was nice but she tells me that they don't even bill out insurance and do it through another company? What offices do this? Offices who literally don't know what the hell is going on! I even asked her if they administered the depot shot and she asked me what that was.. Shouldn't a very common birth control be well known? Anyway, she told me that she wasn't sure and didn't even ask anyone else to find out. After all she told me to call the office manager Monday. I'm sorry but with this kind of stuff the office manager should be the one calling me to follow up on. After everything, I got the service I needed and was fine with that. The facility itself is clean and always smells good.

  I visited this place for a pre employment drug screening. I prepared myself by getting nice and hydrated, little did I know that I would be sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour. No I'm not kidding, apparently I can't pee in a cup, a 10 minute deal, because someone else needed some stitches which apparently takes all night. If given the option, do not choose these guys.

  Live out of state, called ahead of time to get a price quote on an office visit. Was quoted a price, and the price on the bill was more than double. The attendant at the counter was more involved in his computer game than helping the patients. Once inside the care offered was great. However you do not get to see a real doc, and yet get charged for seeing a real doc. The clerical and office experience was less than satisfactory. When i called the number on the bill I was told i would receive a call back and the call never came. I would be cautious going to a facility like this.
